This incident seems to be a misunderstanding between the father, son and our businessWe did work for the father and left with the understandingthat he would call us when he had the remaining $that he owed us and was ready for us to paintWe did not hear from the father, that we did the work
for, but we did get one message from his son leaving only his name and number to return the callWe were not made aware that there was a problem until receiving this complaintWe returned the son's call but he did not respondWe left a message but he did not call backWe were never hired to repair the bathroom leaks and knew nothingabout itWe did no work there and were not responsible for the leaksWe have since returned to the father's house, forgave the $that he owed us and made all the repairs that he needed doneWe are now considered paid in full and the father signed off on all repairsI have attached a copy of the work performed with the father's signature for your reference

I just wanted to respond to the note that the company that I filed an complaint about (***)The first statement that they made was about the outstanding balance that they were waiting forThey told my Dad that the hallway wall that they repaired needed to dry and they would return and paint and he could pay the balance thenAlso I talked directly with *** two times about come out and was told by him that he would. It was only after he didn't show, I left an message on the company's voice mail so he knew of the issue before I contacted Revdex.comIn last, his company did do some plumbing workThey installed an cabinet around the sink off of the kitchen and put in the wrong kind of water pipeI had to have a plumber come out and install the right pipe for this sink because it kept leakingI don't want them to come out again but did want to get the facts correctI also was told that his worker said that they would have been back to finish the job but was told not to worry about it and they had bigger jobs to completeI have only second hand information about this however, all of the other things that I listed I have dates, times, and documentation that I can produce if needed. Please forward this to the their business if possibleThank you very much

Unfortunately we have other clients where conflicting information among family members have occurred so we completely understand the confusionThe father did indeed tell us that he would call with the balance of the payment when his next check arrived and that he would call upon its arrival to have us come back out to finish the jobWe waited for his call as he instructedAs for the plumbing;we never replaced any pipes or plumbingWe were asked to look at the bathroom vanity because it was leakingWe found that the vanity had been pulled away from the wall from,what looked to be, someone pulling on it to help themselves up off the toiletWater was then getting behind the vanity so we reinstalled the vanity against the wall and caulked it so water would not get behind thereThe bottom of the vanity was also pulled away from the cabinet so we fixed that as wellWhen we returned to finish our work someone (the son or grandson;not sure who was involved this time) inspected our work and signed off on the invoice stating that everything was to their satisfactionThis is the facts as we seeitI truly am sorry for any dissatisfaction and/or confusion regarding the jobIt was truly not our intent to cause a negative reaction against our company or you (our client)
