Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I communicated with the dealership and respectfully rejected their "gift" of service maintenance which is useless to me now after I have put in thousands of dollars to fix the issues Short of them buying the car back from me and making me whole for the cost of the car I will not be doing further business with this company. Thank you*** ***

I write in response to the complaint submitted by mrs *** regarding the billing for treatment rendered to her son on 6/2/First off, please find enclosed the third page of our initial intake form which describes the complexities of health insurance billing and which specifically states
that insurances may deny claims even after they have been verified and pre-authorizedAlso please note that this form is signed and dated by Mr ***Mrs *** is simply inaccurate in some of her statements and datesPlease find enclosed all of the legal, supporting documents to demonstrate thisPer protocol, the claim was initially sent to *** ***After we got a denial on 6/26/15, we appealed this and also sent the claim to *** ***, again per protocolThe *** plan also denied the claim on 7/30/At that time, as is standard and clearly noted in the form Mr *** signed, the patient’s family was billed the balance for servicesOn 8/20/a payment was received from Unitedhealth after re-processing the claimOn 10/6/an additional payment for anesthesia was again re-processed and paid(based on this a partial refund has been calculated and will be sent out this week)They informed us they would again reprocess the claim for the final block of anesthesiaWe have documentation and reference numbers for all these factsWe are still waiting to hear regarding the third anesthesia charge of which is pending the final re-processingIf this is denied my office has the legal right, as stated in the document signed by Mr *** and in the provider contract signed with *** *** and *** ***, to collect this payment from the patient’s familyIt has nothing to do with deductibles met, because at that point it would be considered an uncovered procedure

[redacted] purchased a 2007 Jeep Compass on 06/**/2017 from Max World of Cars II. The vehicle passed inspection by a New York State Certified Inspection Facility (See attached inspection receipt). The vehicle was sold with the mileage of 103,636 to the customer. The customer was verbally told...

Pursuant to the New York State Lemon law they have a 30 day warranty on the vehicle as covered under the law. At the time of purchase the customer was given the option to purchase extended warranty as recommended to all our customers who purchase vehicles over 100,000 miles. The customer declined the option to purchase an extended warranty. As [redacted] states in his allegations that the vehicle started giving problems after the 30 days had expired. He contacted Max World of Cars II. 60 days later from the date of purchase. At that time, Notwithstanding the fact that we offered him the option to take the vehicle to the mechanics we use and getting a discounted price for the repairs, he profusely refused and was hostile. We tried to handle the situation in an amicable manner, the offer still stands for the customer to take the vehicle to one of the mechanics and getting the repairs done at a discounted price.
