I highly recommend Petito Roofing. They recently completed a repair on my house. They correctly identified the problem and did the job promptly and professionally all at the best price out of 3 bids from licensed contractors. It was a pleasure to do business with this company, and I will definitely call them again when the need arises.

I hate that I feel no choice but to file a negative review. Had a totai re-roof w/[redacted] in 1998. Great job, great price. 10 year warranty. 8 years later I notice 2 areas of fascia board rotted to the point where I could put my finger thru it with no resistance, and rainwater is coming right turu. Damage that easily take a fews years to create. Called [redacted] and upon inspection was told the damage was not due to the roof but "other" factors and warranty only covered leaks "IN" the house. Bill of sale does NOT specify. Checked with other contractors, who all felt that the original contractor should honor the warranty, that a leak is a leak is a leak. Could not persuade [redacted] to make good on his warranty. For the couple of hundred it might have cost him out of pocket to repair compared to the 33,000 price tag, its very disappointing and would stop me from recommending him. Sorry [redacted]
