I am rejecting this response because: Please review the attachment reviews, from each individual, & tell me that this person is not a liar. The same thing has happened to numerous peopleHe is not fit to work with customersAlso, he does not have a store front. Know that I know what the cost is I will P/U @ my convenience. Had this unfit person just showed me what I am entitled to see none of this would be happening. I know that he tried to stiff me as I had just installed new wheels months agoHe never called me to say he was going to do this or with a price, nothing. I will still provide my rating as I did but should be "0,0,0". Thank you

*** *** came to pick up his lawnmower on 10-24-after we left him a message it was donehe brought in the mower for a tune up and the self propel weakwe found that the gears on the front drive wheels were stripped so we replaced them and did not change any labor for replacing the wheels or
shipping charge like sears does... he was charged plus parts (tune up price) I am also faxing a copy of the invoice and you can see where we took the wheels off since he didn't want them after cursing us out and making threats to the lady running the front and myself.We have been at open since and deal with over thousand custa year and seem to get or complains a year so the record is pretty good on our partsome customers wont listen or hear what they want to hear which is the case here! He was told to pick up his mower on 10-25-and I would have the wheels off and take off the charges but was to busy yelling at uswhen he takes the wheels off with a 14mm wrench to replace them later he will see the plastic gear is stripped on both wheels.. THE TOTAL ON HIS BILL NOW WITH THE WHEELS AND TAX TAKEN OFF IS 96.19!! we have it posted in the shop hourly labor rate ,workload time, business lic, resale lic ,and right to refuse service to anyonewe will not sell him the wheels at this point and he can take his rude attitude somewhere elseI do not put up with that here!!! So his mower is ready total to be payed by CASH or DEBIT cardno checks or credithe has days to pick up his mower from today 10-17-we are open 830-mon - fri and sat 10-thank you!! *a quick note I don't work Saturdays if clint wants to pick up his mower from 10-so he can deal with dana and not myselfbut dana will still only take cash or debit and will not put up with his cursing........thanks also I don't have a fax for you so I can send you the invoice
