I know you can not assist with my complaint about my purchase of thr puppy that diedAs explained Leeis center handled thatI was speaking in reference to petland already caused me problems so thinking of going to a different really made no differenceYou sold me a faulty product tank and all the fish that I purchased died...how am I to return thoe fish??? I came into the store and was given more faulty information from the store managerWho the [redacted] is going to yake care of my damaged floors from the water that leaked out of the tank? I have been done wrong the 2nd time by petlandI refuse to pay for this faulty tank and fish I lost due to your own stores faulty products and faulty associate and manager informationAlso with how I was treated as the only african american woman in the store at the time of purchaseI will take this further and call the nees stations, go on social media to advise of what type of business you are runningA faulty petland store that dells faulty products, discriminate against people and give information when needing to be educating there customers appropriatelyI have my attorney on standby waiting for you to resolve this issue...I will pY for the fish that are still alive however that tank is trash due to you own negligenceI will not pay for anything outside of the living fish and someone is going to replace my floorsI dont have a problem taking this further than you think I willPeople need to know before they purchase from petland pickerington hoe faulty and unprofessiinal you are as a companyWhy have the manager not contacted me? Attached is a copy of our Adopt-A-Pet warranty it clearly states that we do not take back Adopt-A-Pets and we do not warranty them or give any type of refund for the purchase of an Adopt-A-PetWe explained this to the customer throughout the sale of the cat, as well as at the endThe paperwork that we explained she could not keep is the cats medical records and birthdate papersThese have to be given to the next loving family that take this cat homeWe strive on making sure our customers are happy and well informed when it comes to owning any pet, especially an Adopt-A-Pet that needs extra love and attentionPlease feel free to email me back anytime if you need any further questions answeredThanks you and have a blessed day [redacted] Pickerington Petland GM Nov20th,

Hello my name is [redacted] I am the General Manager here at Pickerington Petland I wanted to let you know that I have personally called [redacted] she did not pick up but I left a detailed message saying how sorry I am personally for the loss of their pet hamster and apologized for the lack of compassion and phone courtesy from ***, she is a new hire and she shouldn't have handled this situation personallyShe has been spoken with and reprimanded for this as wellI also informed Mrs [redacted] that she could run in and pick out a new hamster to exchange for the deceased petI hope this is sufficient for both parties and everyone can continue having a blessed day.Sincerely, [redacted] - Pickerington Petland General Manager

I never receieved a copy and I do not remember ever seeing a copy of the adoption paperworkThe gentleman even states when I went in that he couldn't find the paperworkI was not aware I was adopting I was simply purchasing a carThey never started anything about adopting the catAnd the gentleman who was letting me hold the cat was stating that I had hours to return the catI was never told that I was not able to return the cat until I walked in to return the cat

Due to the sever delay in this matter we will also refund the purchase price of the supplies purchased with the kitten. You may come into the store anytime for a full refund. Good Evening, This customer purchased a Husky from us through our ADOPT-A-PET Program ( See Attached Fax Document )  On 9/27 [redacted]
came into the store and purchased the Husky through our Adopt-A-Pet program so
instead of being 2100$ the puppy was $688. Per this contract it...

states and has
been signed and initialed by [redacted] as well that we do not return any
adopt-a-pet for any type of reimbursement it is a final sale as is. I have attached
a copy of this contract. This contract states in bold that we do not return them for any
reason whatsoever and never reimburse for them. She did get the 14-day viral
warranty with the puppy which we have fulfilled all obligation since. She took
the puppy home and instead of quarantine as she was instructed to do, she let the puppy  out with her
other dog, Huskies are known for having hypertension and loose stool and if not exercised correctly, and allowed to run for exercise, this can become a continuing problem. She has
been explained this several times from myself and [redacted] the kennel manager.
[redacted] even sent her in and we covered a vet visit for her new puppy and her
own dog and we covered the antibiotics which in the warranty it states we don’t
for any pet but the sold pet. We have gone above and beyond to help her she
just doesn’t want the dog period. We explained if she returned it we cannot
reimburse her for anything per the contract she is not taking this well and
wants a full return and to bring the puppy back. I told her we can’t that we could take it back if she just didn’t want it and find it a new
loving family. WE DO NOT RESELL THE PUPPY. ONE OF OUR STAFF MEMBERS WILL TAKE THE PUPPY HOME AND GIVE IT A FREE HOME.  This has since sent a complaint to the State Attorney General's Office.   Thanks-

To Whom It May Concern:On March 14,2017 Mrs. [redacted] came into the store and we issued a refund as a full in store credit to the customer. Attached you will find the receipt showing the return of only her fish that were purchsed. Mrs. [redacted] stated that the tank she originally purchased she was still using and would not like to bring the tank in for a new one nor did she want a refund on it. We processed her return and issued the store credit for the fish. Attached you will also find a refund acknowledgement receipt filled out by Mrs. [redacted]. We then replaced Mrs. [redacted] fish with the ones that she choose. Mrs. [redacted] did not use all of her store credit that day and still has an availble in-store credit of  $12.84 available to use when she is ready. This store credit will not expire. I never receieved a copy and I do not remember ever seeing a copy of the adoption paperwork. The gentleman even states when I went in that he couldn't find the paperwork. I was not aware I was adopting I was simply purchasing a car. They never started anything about adopting the cat. And the gentleman who was letting me hold the cat was stating that I had 48 hours to return the cat. I was never told that I was not able to return the cat until I walked in to return the cat.

This has been around a year ago and just now getting a response. A refund as previously asked for still has not been offered or received. I will not accept a response until that has been given.

This notice is in response to a complaint made by [redacted].  After reading the attached statement of complaint, we are requesting that the Revdex.com contact the customer and inform her that we are unable to respond to her complaint regarding her puppy purchase at the Lewis Center...

Petland as we are not affiliated with them.  However, we can offer her a replacement tank and fish or she can return her products to our store for a complete refund of her purchase.  Please have her contact the store at ###-###-#### and speak with [redacted], the sales manager, so we can get this resolved promptly.   Thank you.
