We engaged with this customer this week about issues with registrations We routinely register tens of thousands of pets and owners each month and seldom have any issues We asked the customer for relevant registration information so we could investigate and/or register the chip on her behalf We received that information today and the owner and pet have successfully been registered in our database We have spoken to [redacted] and she seems content Please let us know if you have any other requests.Thanks, [redacted] Datamars Inc

Tag is scheduled to be delivered today. Money has be refunded and customer has been notified. Original order was lost in mail

We are reprinting and r-esending the two t-shirts at no charge to Mr***. His phone's mailbox is full so I could not leave a voicemail, however an email follow up has been sent along with my contact details. The new custom t-shirts should ship within the next or business
days. We shipped over 7.5K t-shirts in a day span and do not have a good reason why this was not received. This is the only complaint received to date so we believe it is an abnormally. Thanks, *** ***Datamars Inc

Customer has been contacted and a replacement will be sent. Customer has all of our direct contact information in case the replacement gets lost in the mail again (which is unlikely).Thanks

We have been in contact with the customer and the t-shirts have all been reproduced and shipped. The customer has been supplied with a tracking number and seems satisfied. He should have the merchandise by Thursday Dec 7th

[redacted] has been contacted directly by our service team.  Specifically [redacted].The original tag was not delivered by the ** Postal Service for reasons that are unknown.  We have resent another custom tag and waived all associated charges.  Tracking information has been sent to...

[redacted].  We hope this solves the issue and apologize for the delay caused by the lost tag.[redacted]
