If I could give 0 stars I would! I ordered a pool pump from them after finding their address to be in Utah so figured easy quick shipping as we are in Utah too. What I didn’t know was it was shipped from China and it was the wrong voltage, they send a 220V with a non US plug.Contacted the company explaining the voltage issue that they send the wrong thing and they kept sending me instructions. After 4 emails they offered me a partial refund of $2. Mind you I spend $50 on the pump. I disagreed and they wanted to give me $5. I again disagreed and told them to give me a FULL refund and I’ll send it back. They wanted me to pay for shipping $30. I again disagreed and their final email said they talked to the supervisor again and again and can’t give more then $7.
This company is a scam! If I know I ordered from China I would have never ordered in the first place. Stay away , it’s a horrible company and even worse customer service!

I placed an order on May 24, 2020, for a $52 pet bed. I used PayPal for the transaction. I received an email from Pet Lool on June 12th that the bed had shipped. The tracking number provided said that the bed was in NY and had been there since June 3rd. I waited a week and when the bed didn't arrive, I emailed the company and asked where the bed was at.
I have been getting the run around since then. The company kept telling me that the item had shipped and that I wasn't able to get a refund because it had shipped. The company says they're in Utah but the items are coming from China. There is no phone number for the company, and when I emailed them repeatedly, it has been obvious that the people are not in Utah.
I filed a complaint with PayPal, and they're still investigating the problem. The company continued to give me a tracking number and the item never moved from the location. According to the tracking number, it's still sitting somewhere in California. I kept asking for a refund. The company then responded that they would give me $15 as a partial refund and allow me to keep the bed. They then asked me what was wrong with the bed and why did I want to return it. I NEVER RECEIVED THE BED.
I am immensely frustrated that this company can even be allowed to operate. I am still waiting for PayPal to finish the claim and hopefully get a refund for me.
No one should ever buy from this company. It's a complete rip-off.

I ordered a small dog bed and when it came in it was too small. I tried to make contact with Petlool for an exchange and they told me they are unable to provide an exchange or a refund. They offered to refund me $2. I am very upset because I spent $40 on that bed that I can’t use. That company is a scam. The address on the map pins to a bakery. They have a return policy which they don’t even follow. I want that business s*** down!m for scamming hard working individuals!

I placed my order on June 23 and was told 7 to 10 days I've reached out to them and they keep telling me 5 t0 10 days still nothing they are a scam and stay away from them.

My robo-vac doesn't work properly so I followed their procedure for a full refund. The reply I received was for a $2 inconvenience reimbursement instead. What a joke!

Frauds. They take your money but you don't get your product. Ship from China but business is listed as Utah.

My review is like every other one on here. I’m attempting to figure out how many places I can review this company so no one else is scammed. Was charged $88 for two pet beds which said fitted dogs up to 100 pounds. My 56 pound dog does not fit on the one pet bed that arrived. The second bed is still not here. Today is July 11th, purchased on April 25th. Company refuses to allow me to return them, even though their own literature says they have a 30 day moneyback guarantee. These are criminals. They continue to offer me $2 dollars, then $4 dollars, then $10 as compensation for both beds. Just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Wish I had checked reviews on this company before purchasing. Expensive lesson to learn!

Will not order from this company again. Spent $89 on dog beds on April 28, 2020. Haven't seen them yet! Tracking says the have been in China since May 16th. When asking by e-mail they say to wait because of the pandemic. I've gotten other shipments that came from China!

Although address is listed in US, it is a Chinese business and all products are shipped from China. I ordered two products - dog bed and pool. They took forever to arrive and after several emails requesting information about delivery. The pool took over a month. Both products are way smaller than described or as shown in the pictures. The pictures are deceiving. I will NEVER shop from this site again. Use CAUTION if you decide to purchase from them. I wish zero stars was an option as that is what they deserve.

This company is fraudulent. I ordered a dog bed on April 29th, it is now July 9th and I still don’t have it. Today, I turned this over to my credit card’s Fraud department. I have copies of all the emails I have sent including the last one from their support division that says”sorry you are not happy with your and offered me $2. for my trouble. Why can’t the Revdex.com put this company out of business.

Ordered a Pet bed April 29. Every time I email them it’s broken English and they keep telling me to be patient. What a joke . Should of looked at the reviews beforehand! When I track shipment it tells me it’s in Shanghai China! It’s been there since beginning of May come on !! Never buy anything from this company !

This is not a US company. It's Chinese business that ships from China. I have been waiting over a month for a product that was supposedly going to take a few days shipping within the US. Now they are admitting that they're based overseas, and offered me $2 off my $90 order but they still can't tell me when my order will arrive. They have no valid tracking reference and it takes them weeks to respond to emails. I doubt they sent anything. It's a scam. Do not buy from them.

Do not order from this company. I got the wrong product and the product did not work. I emailed for a refund. Told me I had to send it back to China that would cost $30.00 to ship back wants to give me a refund of $4.00 on a $54.00 order. This place is a SCAM!

Has been over 2 months with a lot

I spent $60 on a product. They sent me something worth $20. When I asked them to exchange it, they offered me a refund of 3 DOLLARS. When I told them absolutely not, they offered $6. When I told them I'd be coming here, to my bank for a dispute and going to tell everyone I knew, they said they'll give me $10 and thanked me for understanding. I don't understand and I'm beyond pissed. They said because the cost is so high for them this was the best they could do. What cost to them? I PAID THEM!!!

Ordered 4-19. No follow up. I requested information on several dates. Tracking information was never updated. It only said in transit. I requested a refund, was told to wait. I sent another follow up and a tracking was sent still only saying in transit. 6-3 full refund requested due to no item delivered, no tracking update.

If I could give this company zero starts I would. First I thought they were located in the US, after I order the product within two days then sent me a tracking number. When I realize it was shipping from China I immediately emailed them to cancel the Order and refund my money because I knew that this order was going to take so long. I have not gotten one reply! And could not get in contact with anyone!! This is A scam. Please someone report this company ASAP.

dont order from this company! Its a china company posing as a US company. You wont get your product and you wont get a refund! I ordered a product on 4/24/20 and then realized 13 hours later it was overseas and cancelled the order. They would not answer me and then shipped the product on 5/6 or so they say. The tracking information they sent me will not work and its now June 1st. Every time I email them I get wait 5-15 more days. Every single time ! Beware of this company!!! Its a SCAM! Look up the address on their website. Its a house, but the products come from China and they can barely respond in English when they do rarely respond. Heres what they say every time.
