Like the Hotel California...you can get in but not get out
I made the mistake of placing an order with Per Plus almost 4 years ago, it has been a nightmare ever since. I cancelled my service after the first year and can’t get them to quit billing me, remove me from their database nor respect my privacy.

For the past two years they automatically billed my credit card, even though I had removed it from my account. When emailed, their customer service personnel promised to “fix it” and stop future billing. Fortunately my CC was American Express and this year after reversing the charges, they changed my CC account number to prevent future billing.

But this hasn’t stoped PetPlus from emailing me they want to renew my membership. I even explained my dog died, and got a condolences email, along with another message about how to reinstate my account by providing a new CC number.

And today, I get a snail mail card, that Blake Brassman will renew my membership at the same rate. Looks like it may take a Class Action lawsuit to stop the harassment and get compensation for this, anyone interested in joining such a suit?
