1-this is used car lot sell cars as is no warranty2-we sold a Chevy blazer to *** *** on 6-4-20153- before she receive the car she ask for oil change and we did that free of charge and also we change tires for her free of charge 4- she called later and said there is
noise in the car I asked her to bring to look at it so I can fix what I can but if I cant then its her responsibility to fix it 5- she brought the car we tried to do our best to fix what we can but I told her she need to see muffler shop if she want to eliminate the noise completelyshe asked if we fix it or replace the car for her I explain to her again that the car is used and not a brand new 7- in the end I told her I will replace it for here she said I will bring my mechanic I told here no problem8- she brought her mechanic they rest drove the other car and her car he told her in the front of me that she has a good running car she just need to fix the muffler she asked if we can fix it I told her we cant fix mufflers9- they left and we got her complaint in the mailxxxxxx she said to us she will bring her father and boy friend to take care of us I cant fix it her mechanic told her her car is good car so no need to replace thank you

No no he is definitely not saying the truth! Yeah did put tires on I didn't ask they did, maybe oil change I dont know cause wasn't there.When I was there wit my dads girl friend [redacted]. While I was in office was to purchase the blazer the other guy was out side looking under the vehicle at the muffler and some other stuff, seen him on the camera and when he came in he said the muffler needed welded, there was leaks and a part needs to be put on tire that they would take care of All of that all I had to do was wheal alignment! The same guy that looked underneath said it was great no problems!! Would even refer someone to me if needed. Again [redacted] was there the whole time. Everytime I come back there's always something, when I came with my uncle to test drive another vehicle it had transmission probleonit was the only one he would let me look at. My uncle drove my vehicle he said it's ok but needs to be worked on before it gets worse and since already know what needs done to just fix it instead of somethin else not knowing. He said ok it would be fix and had me go to his friends shop to get muffler done where they lifted it ten minutes later said was done and thats when I knew didn't do anything an [redacted] muffler even confirmed it. Then let him know his attitude showed how much he didnt care, then wouldn't answer phone return my calls then I went to you. When went back again he had me come back next day after waiting three hours for him to get there. 9/17/2015 I came back they were on that hooka, his mechanic looked for leaks I had to show him then said come back tmrw if wasn't fixed and that he was busy so couldn't do anything else when day before was told was goin put on lift and work on, he just wanted to get back to the hooka where the boss was the whole time while I delt with the mechanic.When I called to bring vehicle back was letting him know leaks weren't fixed an reminded him what my uncle said and [redacted] muffler if prolong it he said I had to take it to get fixed I said are you paying for it he said no. I said after you said from beginning was goin to take care of he tried to switch it up and say no he didn't that I had to and that I shouldn't listen to every one cause there not mechanics my uncle is a mechanic! I told him I should have never listened to him. He let it be known that he got the complaint that I wasn't goin to get anything! And hung up on me. Can smell the fumes an gas through the vents in the blazer, told him that and , not goin to make payments when he's not doin anything he promised. I want to take him to court and make him pay for being a scammer or just take a lost and get my money and other vehicle back from him for trade in, it's not right that they are scamming people. Was coming back up there with my dads girlfriend [redacted] that was there is who I said I was bringing because she was there for everything. I have enough goin on wit my health don't need this extra or to let someone get over on me either. I know this vehicle is not goin to last much longer and very much regret dealing with them and giving them a second chance after all the I promise and want to make it up to you mess. Please help he knows exactly what he's doin and getting away with it, all this mess from the first day of dealing with should be on camera unless delets thoughs.

see the car if u want .because all the cars as is no waranty and she know that because her friend bought a car from here too and had no problemwe had to ripo the car for none payment end of august and we fix the radiator for her and added anti freeze and change thermostate and chang oil I called and  told her the car is ready if she wants to keep it and make her payment that was last week she never came or called after thati cant refunde here because the car as isshe didnot make her payment on timewe fix the problem and told her to come and see it she never show up

I hope this is everything you needed, cause all I have other then Registration Certificate. You see he didn't put the Mercury that I used as a trade in on my bill of sales or the $700 in cash that I paid at time. I did include the copy of bill of sales for Mercury. Also have been still contacting him to get this resolve but he's just getting worse with his mouth. Then spoke with him yesterday, he said it was his partner that made the promises and he would call him to see what he wants to do... He (Wally) was there also making the agreement but he never called back!! He don't even want me to come up there unless he gives me the OK. If can't help me in this situation , please let me know who can because I know this has to qualify under the Lemon Law and I keep having to buy steering wheale fluid through out the week that's how bad it is and they couldn't even fix that.
