To whom it may concern In regards to the complaint ***Upon hearing from the ***'s grand-daughter that they were not happy with a portion of the job- I called Mr*** and said I would be happy to stop by and resolve the issueHe said "no" and did not want to talk about it. As to the cost of the job, they were advised ahead of timeAlso, I never said they would need to mortgage the truck. In the first communication that was sent via the Revdex.com a refund of $dollars is requested even though they are said to take issue with only part of the jobIn the latest letter it appears a credit of $is requested to settle this matterIs that correct? Okay and I understand that my grandmother signed the receipt... But my grandmother is also 74 years old,  it says completed and satisfied meaning he told them that it's finished when it's not finished  when it wasnt finished. On top of it he never answered the phone for about 2 weeks.  I called and he finally answered for me.  They do not trust him coming to the house at all.  They will be calling another plumber to fix the job, that's why there needs to be some sort of compensation. It's not right for someone to pay for a full job that was never finished. All his pieces are still there and it doesn't work.  If you have someone to investigate that issue by having someone come to grandparents that would be great.  They paid in  full for a job that wasnt even completed, and for bullet number 3 for the new custom panel on the receipt that was never finished at all. So they paid 140 for something thats not finished. That 140 needs to come back to my grandparents. They will be having someone else finish the job the rest of the work.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Okay,  this is what I don't understand, they sent over a receipt that  doesn't mean anything.  He never finished the job is what im trying to explain here.  Okay he wrote a receipt that doesn't mean anything.  They gave him 1015 dollars and he never finished what he started nor did he  answer their phone calls, and it is still not finished.  How can you ask my grandparents for the full price of something that was never finished?

My grandparents names are [redacted] and [redacted]. They did not a have contract. Jeff never discussed a price with them.  My grandparents ask him and he made a joke stating hey wouldn't have to put their truck on mortgage. So I'm assuming that ment not that much.  At the end of it...

all he charged my grandparents 1015.00 dollars, and never finished the job, they paid him in full for a job that's not done. He also never answered their phone call for 2 or 3 weeks and when he did he told them he would be there the next morning and never showed up and never answered after that.

Yes he did say he would come back, but my grandparents do not trust you too.  The job that was not finished was $140.00. Yes that would need to be refunded. They are having a new plumber fix it.
