I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowOkay, this is what I don't understand, they sent over a receipt that doesn't mean anything He never finished the job is what im trying to explain here Okay he wrote a receipt that doesn't mean anything They gave him dollars and he never finished what he started nor did he answer their phone calls, and it is still not finished How can you ask my grandparents for the full price of something that was never finished?
Okay and I understand that my grandmother signed the receiptBut my grandmother is also years old, it says completed and satisfied meaning he told them that it's finished when it's not finished when it wasnt finishedOn top of it he never answered the phone for about weeks I called and he finally answered for me They do not trust him coming to the house at all They will be calling another plumber to fix the job, that's why there needs to be some sort of compensationIt's not right for someone to pay for a full job that was never finishedAll his pieces are still there and it doesn't work If you have someone to investigate that issue by having someone come to grandparents that would be great They paid in full for a job that wasnt even completed, and for bullet number for the new custom panel on the receipt that was never finished at allSo they paid for something thats not finishedThat needs to come back to my grandparentsThey will be having someone else finish the job the rest of the work
My grandparents names are [redacted] and [redacted] They did not a have contractJeff never discussed a price with them My grandparents ask him and he made a joke stating hey wouldn't have to put their truck on mortgageSo I'm assuming that ment not that much At the end of it all he charged my grandparents dollars, and never finished the job, they paid him in full for a job that's not doneHe also never answered their phone call for or weeks and when he did he told them he would be there the next morning and never showed up and never answered after that
