Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response from the business states I was minutes late; however, I was less than minutes late and called before our actual appointment time to let them know I was running late and asked if we could finish out the rest of our sessionThey said we could finish our session without a problem and then changed their mind when we got there and would not take usThe response says I called many times, but it does not state that I called once a week asking for the owner to call me back and she has yet to actually call meI left a review on Facebook and the response was again filled with incorrect informationThe fine print on the living social voucher they attached does not say the voucher shall be forfeited if you are late, it says if it is cancelled of re-scheduled outside their hour policyI did not try to cancel or rescheduleThey knew I was on my way and decided to redeem my voucher and refuse me service anywaysFrom the reviews I have read, I am not the only person this has happened to and possible customers should be aware that this may happen to them too.On a side note, someone should black out the customer's information that Petra's sent Livingsocial voucher example in the response before posting publicallyThem sending someone else's information in a public response is just another example of their lacking professionalism Sincerely, [redacted] - [redacted]
