grant the Fresh Start Repayment Plan under specific circumstances and this situation did not meet those criteria. I do see that the credit union made an exception to this standard procedure in the past in an effort to accommodate your situation. However, our account disclosures, which you would have received at the time of account opening and are published on our website, very clearly indicate that the credit union reserves the right to transfer funds between accounts owned by a member in order to bring a negative account current. Additionally, at the time you were granted a previous Fresh Start Repayment Plan your overdraft privileges were revokedThis is consistent with our standard procedures and guidelines related to the productThese privileges were never re-initiated and the suspension was not the result of your recent transactions.
