[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: an apology does not sufficeI will not return to Petrelli Law unless a third party party is present because they are untrustworthy,unreliable and have lied repeatedlyThey've already made a promise previously to resolve the issue and then reneged on the agreementIn addition, I am still being charged moneyAs stated previously, at the last meeting with MrThomas P [redacted] , my uncle and I, I was promised a drafted deed free of charge, seeing as I had already paid a retainer fee of $AND they were at faultI still had over $remaining.I was told in order to draft the deed it would cost $300.00, that leaves over $for any lawyer feesUp until that meeting I could log onto the law firm's website and view my balanceAfter the meeting everything was suspiciously wiped clear and I began receiving bills for the months of August and SeptemberTheir services ended in early JulyI will be contacting the Philadelphia Bar Association as well for malpracticeBut I am due a refundTheir services were poor and they have not done their jobs well to say the leastI am not satisfied with the response from this business at all Regards, [redacted]

agreement on January 22, The fee agreement clearly states it was a retainer agreement and in no way is any potential client promised a flat fee for services rendered.An attorney who no longer works at the firm handled the majority of the claimant's caseThe claimant requested for the remaining steps in her case to be done free of chargeAt that point, the firm showed the claimant her executed fee agreement outlining the retainer agreement and reiterated that once the retainer is depleted, work is billed at the hourly rate.The claimant explained that she wanted to handle the filing of the remaining documentsPetrelli Law explained that we were and are still here to assist the claimant in anyway.We have not heard from the claimant and are willing and able to handle any issues or concerns that have come about since the last time we spokeWe are more than willing to assist the claimant and she is free to contact us in this regardShe has yet to do so and instead has filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.We do not offer refunds for services rendered, since our attorneys have spent time working on the caseWe appreciate you attention in this matterIf you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.Truly yours,DONNA COffice Manager

I am rejecting this response because: an apology does not suffice. I will not return to Petrelli Law unless a third party party is present because they are untrustworthy,unreliable and have lied repeatedly. They've already made a promise previously to resolve the issue and then reneged on the agreement. In addition, I am still being charged money. As stated previously, at the last meeting with Mr. Thomas P[redacted], my uncle and I,  I was promised a drafted deed free of charge, seeing as I had already paid a retainer fee of $2500.00 AND they were at fault. I still had over $900.00 remaining.I was told in order to draft the deed it would cost $300.00, that leaves over $600.00 for any lawyer fees. Up until that meeting I could log onto the law firm's website and view my balance. After the meeting everything was suspiciously  wiped clear and I began receiving bills for the months of August and September. Their services ended in early July. I will be contacting the Philadelphia Bar Association as well for malpractice. But I am due a refund. Their services were poor and they have not done their jobs well to say the least. I am not satisfied with the response from this business at all.
