The vehicle was damaged Because of this damage I am unable to refund any funds to the customer

Revdex.com: Z¿ I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute I fulfilled my obligations under the contractSee attachmentsThere was a misunderstanding between petrie and AMAX insurance, not between me and petrieReferences have had no communication with petrie motorsI had not received a voicemail a text a letter or an email from petrie motors until AFTER THEY HAD REPOSSESSED MY VEHICLE ILLEGALLYPetrie says I didn't phone them even tho I knew they had called me , a ridiculous and untrue statementAFTER THE REPOSESSION I PHONED PETRIEWHEN TJEY SAID THEY HAD PHONED ME I SAID TO THEM THAT I HAD NO MESSAGE FROM THEM THAT IF I HAD KNOW I !OST DEFI ITELY WOULD HAVE CALLED THEM BACK BECAUSE I KNOW HOW THEY ARE ABOUT TAKING FOLKS VEHICLES AT ANY OPPORTUNITYTHEY DO THIS TO COLLECT THE RIDICULOUS FEETHEY WOULD NOT WITHDRAW THIS FEE EVEN AFTER MYAMAX AGENTFAXED PROOF OF I SURANCE ANDTHEN CALLED PERTRIE PERSONALLY TO VERUFY MY INSURANCEPETRIE STIL REFUSED TO WITHDRAW THE FEETHEY INLY WANT THE REPOSESSION FEETHIS ISBUSINESS PRACTICE FOR PETRIE MOTORS THERE ARE HUNDREDS IF POOR PEOPLE THAT TRUSTED PETRIE TO DO RIGHT AND TREAT THEM FAIRLY.NPETRIE MOTORS TAKES ADVANTAGE OF THE DISADVANTAGE THEY WEAR PEOPLEDKWN TNIL THEY GIVE UP AND LET PETRIE HAVE THEUR TRANSPORTATIINPETRIE LOOPHOLES, BULLIES AND USES DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES IN A DAIL BASISBITTOM LINE THET ILLEGALLY REPOED MY VEHICLE AND REFUSE TO GUVE IT BACK OR TO REFUND MONIES PAID TO THEMI RESPEVTIVELY REQUEST PETRIE REFUND AND ADMIT THEY WERE WRING IN TAKING MY VEHICLETI BE BLUNT THEY ARE SHAMELESS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES COMMJT SHAMELESS SHADY BUSINESS AT THE DIRECTIIN OF THE IWNERHIS EMPLOYEES WILL TELLNYOU THISTHEN SWEAR THEY DIDNT SAY ITLIKE BERTA , ARJELLUA, JOE, AIMEE THEY ALL KNOW OF THE SHADY ACTIVITIES BUT S SWEAR THEY DONT PRACTICE IN THAT LOW WAY They basically stole my car held it for ransom then like a squatter declared it their ownI RESPECTED AND FULFILLED MY CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS HONESTLY AND IN GOOD FAITHPETRIE MOTORS CANNIT IN TRUTH SAY THEY DID THE SAME Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below Regards, [redacted]

Here are the facts concerning this complaintThe customer is currently payments behind placing him in default of the contract.The vehicle was totaled due to hail damage Mr [redacted] now has two options.Option - To allow the insurance company to keep the vehicle Freeing him to purchase a different vehicle.Option - To keep the vehicle himself and allow Petrie Auto Sales to repair the vehicleMr [redacted] would continue in his existing contractEither way he needs to bring his account up to date and he has a $deductible on his insurance The vehicle is still drivable and the customer is driving it.This account is currently in a collections status because Mr [redacted] is not making his payments

Brakes were working and insurance paid as a claim

Customer was offered to purchase a warranty at time of sale Unfortunately in this case the customer refused the warranty and later had problems with the vehicle Had they of purchased the warranty this would be a non-issue.This was a used vehicle with high mileage that the customer chose to purchase without a warranty The customer then discontinued making their payments which meant Petrie Auto Sales could no longer help them

[redacted] purchased a Chevrolet Camaro from Petrie Auto Sales on 10/4/ Her application for purchase showed she was employed at [redacted] in Fort Worth and lived in Fort Worth She was contacted by Petrie Auto Sales employees when she became behind in her payments At that time she stated that she now works in Midland and plans to move there When she did not respond to requests for payment her vehicle was put on anout for repossession listThe vehicle was picked up and found to be in wrecked condition [redacted] had not reported the accident to her insurance company Petrie Auto Sales did report the accident to the insurance company and [redacted] then cancelled thereport ***'s refusal to properly repair and maintain the vehicle led to her not getting the vehicle returned to her

That's a flat out lie no teenagers were driving my car my information was in the car yes because I left my Belonging in the car they had no right to pick up my car my wallet was in car but no one could see it they have all my stuff and wouldn't give it back to me I work 12 hr a day my car was at work with me in a locked gate u have to use your badge to get in and out they just picked it up after 10 pm at night Iwasn't at home I was at my boyfriend house when they picked the car up they are lying about kids driving my car that day I told them to give me my belongings back they have them no stranger had my stuff yes police was called because they wouldn't give me my wallet out the car

Hi Mr [redacted] , I apologize in advance for the inconveniences and confusion with your situationLet me take a minute to clarify why your car was repossessed each time At the end of July your car was repossessed because we had been notified buy your insurance company that your insurance was cancelledAs the lien holder and per the contract you signed, we require the vehicle to maintain coverage The second time your car was repossessed, on 10/18/2015, was because you were behind on your car paymentsYou did make a payment via paypal on 10/18/but our office is closed on Sundays and your car was put out for repo on 10/17/And even after you made this payment you were still behind on payments and were required to make another payment on 10/20/to get your payments closer to being caught up I understand your frustration with having to pay the repo fees but it is stated in your contract along with information of the tracking device I hope this somewhat helps better explain what happened with your carWe have no intention of ripping off our customersWe do however have to do what is necessary to make sure the vehicle is insured and payments are current We appreciate your business and hope this helps to somewhat resolve the issues you mentioned

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This is not the caseWe called and the response to my mother was "why would we help you if you have reported us? Why would we want to help you or your son!" I also quote " the only way your breaks would have gone out is if someone wanted to KILL your son and cut the break line!" Completely understand acceptableI have put a hold with my insurance at [redacted] I worked hours so my mother called on my behalf and this man who is years old yea he gave his age to my mom was rude, my family heard how he spoke and all I wanted was my money back or to get into a dependable car!!! I don't want a refund

Per your signed contract, it was your responsibility to notify us of a change in insuranceIt is unfortunate the insurance miscommunicated information to us but we tried to contact you multiple times and even reached out to your referencesYou told us that you received our calls but didn't think you needed to return themWe did not want to repossess your vehicle but must in cases where the vehicle is not insured, which based on the information available to us, your car was not insuredWe try to be fair and helpful and were even working with you on the payment you were behindAgain, we apologize for your trouble
