The reservation was entered for a different propertyOne which was larger, better location, nicer area, closer to the beach and rents for a Higher rate
The customer received a bill right after the
reservation was madeIn the bill there was a picture of the property and addressThe address clearly said Kailua and not Waimanalo
When they arrived at the property and found it wasn't the one they intended we offered them other optionsThey brought up their concerns the day before they leftWiFi router just needed to be reset and worked fine
The house needed a little love but the owner wasn't willing to invest in the property as it was for sale and has since sold
