This letter is in reply to the complaint submitted on 02/20/against Petro Heating Home services, *** *** was a customer with our company since November 13, Petro is and Automatic Delivery company which is based on Petro coming out and deliver when *** *** is due, We
delivered on January 23, 2017, gallons total charge of $448.11,*** *** was aware of the automatic but based on a pricing agreement she automatic request each year and this year she decided not to be placed on our pricing agreement plan and she did not expect to receive and oil delivery and we contacted her numerous times to discuss her account and we received no responseWe delivered based on the automatic delivery even though *** *** did not accept our pricing agreement this year it does not dismiss the automatic delivery therefore we delivered on the bases she was due for the delivery,While we offered *** *** the following discount on her account of $based on her statement she did not understanding our automatic delivery policyUnfortunately, Petro at this time is not able to pump out the oil requested by *** ***The current balance on the account is $291.65,If any further assistance is required please contact usWe valued *** *** as our customer:

Response:

The delivery Manager [redacted] spoke to [redacted] and explained that we will credit him for the 97 gallons that was delivered on 03/21/2013 total cost of $459.25. Which was credited to his account. [redacted] also explain It was not our responsibility his tank was faulty or leaking and if he gets the new tank we would delivery 157 gallons to his new tank also Petro refered a sales executive to assist [redacted] in purchasing a new tank. [redacted] was also informed that he need to contact his home owners insurance to inquire about the testing of his well water. According to Petro documentation [redacted] was not threaten but [redacted] was explaining what procedeures he needed to take to resolve his situation and the credit of $ 459.25 and the clean up of the oil leak was sufficient to cover any lost incurred by [redacted].
