Our files indicate that we did work on this claim. We initiated a restoration company, inspected the damage and prepared a detailed loss assessment estimate which was submitted, on the homeowners behalf, to the insurance company’s adjuster and a supplemental claim payment was issued. ...
Filing and settlement of an insurance claim is a process. It seems the homeowner was frustrated with the process and contacted the insurance company on his own. Based on the communication between [redacted] and the homeowner during the claim adjustment period and the time that has passed we have made the decision to waive our fee.A no balance due invoice will be mailed to the homeowner.
