I do remember this case vividlyI listened to Mr *** concerns and I was initially told that he did not refrigerate the Dried AhiI told him that perhaps he should have done so, since it is fish and eventually, anything with moisture in it will moldYou should know that if you are not consuming
it soon, you should refrigerate itPlease note that he called me as couple weeks after his purchaseHe told his wife/girlfriend in the background what I had said and I could hear her tell him that he should say that "it was refrigerated"
After speaking to Mr *** for well over minutes, I've heard him and the lady change their story multiple timeAs he felt that I was not going to budge, towards the end of the conversation, he changed his story again, stating that only two bags were badNow, in this letter, he is stating once again, that there were bags that have gone badOut of good faith, I told him that I would refund him for one bag
In all honesty, working with Mr *** was fine, but the lady in the background with the Korean accent seemed to be the problem for himHe had to repeat to her what I said, then he would tell me what she said and it would go back and forth like that
First of all, the Dried Ahi is dehydrated until there is very little moisture contentThere is also quite a bit of sodium dioxide for the flavoring and as we all know, salt is a natural preservativeThe Dried Ahi has also been tested and is filed with the Health DepartmentBy the way, this is the only complaint that we've had in the years that we've been in businessI do stand behind our products and I have done more then I really should for Mr***

I have over workers in my booth over the three day showI was not the person that serviced Mr ***, so I spoke to my crew about this situation
The consensus is that he may be confusing our Crispy Beef instructions with the Dried Ahi informationI also know that their may have been a possibility that the couple that you are speaking of that was helping me, may have misinformed you, since this is their first year assisting me at the showWith this in mind, I will give you the benefit of the doubt, and I will refund you for the other two bags as well
I apologize for my crew if you were misinformedIf you'd like, you can come and see me and I will personally service you next year
