Review: My car's system let me know that something was wrong with a tire, and I heard a strange noise. I went to the closest business, Bob's Mobil, and they found that some lugnuts had been removed from the front right wheel.
They replaced the lugnuts, but as I drove away, another warning sign came on in my car that something was wrong with a tire. So I immediately went back, and told them about this. I told them I wanted my car towed to my Infiniti service dept. as I was dissatisfied with their service.
The manager quickly went straight to the rear left tire and said that he'd found the problem, and he removed a piece of metal from that tire.
They then charged me $20, I think, for patching up the spot where they had obviously placed the piece of metal themselves.Desired Settlement: I want them to mail me the refund plus $10,000 for the deception and fraud that they committed. I am also reporting this to the Attorney General.
