I have accepted the response from the business cause this is the best offer I am going to get. The manager keeps telling me they charge premium prices because they have premium service. All I got was very poor service. A job that was done very poorly are not at all. I will never call this company for any service at all.

The initial technician who came to your home advised that the sewer line has been penetrated with roots and for this reason recommended a camera to be run in the line. He was able to clear the line on this initial visit and we apologize that he did not make it clearer that this would be a temporary fix due to the tree roots. The second technician who came to your home quoted a more long-term solution to this problem. We hope this helps to explain the price of the work.
We have contacted this customer and came to a resolution. The portion of the amount the customer was charged on the initial visit for the drain cleaning service was refunded to the customer. Once this action was taken, both parties agreed this was an adequate solution.
