Petrunaks Outlet

Review: We contracted Petrunak's to do a kitchen and bath renovation. We purchased and paid in full for our cabinets 2/20/15, and gave a deposit for the renovations 3/13/15. Petrunak's arrived at our residence on 5/11/15 and completely gutted our kitchen. Only a portion of our cabinets were delivered 5/14/15 and at least half of them were damaged. To date, we are still missing cabinets. No other materials have been delivered to our home for this renovation and we are still with out a kitchen. We have had issues with damaged and poor quality material, constant delays, and one excuse after another as to why we are still waiting on material and completion of our renovation.Desired Settlement: Completion of job with in the next two weeks, with the quality material that we paid for, or we would like to receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Review: I went to Petrunak's Clearance Outlet and talk to jimmy about cabinets then on 1/31/2015 I order a 60sb sink base and I put it on layaway and I made payments to Petrunak's Clearance Outlet then I go back over on 5/12015 and order 2 more base cabints witch is 12b base cabinet and 24b base cabinet and jimmy put the other 2 on layaway for me then on 7/31/2015 I went over to Petrunak's Clearance Outlet and talk to jimmy again and paid the rest of the money that was due jimmy told me that all 3 base cabinets would be delivered the 2nd week of august 2015 on 8/13/2015 I called jimmy and ask what is going on he said I will latter today and he never did so I waiting till 8/17/2015 to call him back and the lady said he is with a customer and she said can I help you and I said were are my base cabinets at they were sopost to be delivered last week and she said he did not mark anything down for them to be delivered last week so I said ok bye then I called Petrunak's Clearance Outlet on 8/18/2015 and talk to jimmy and he said both of the truck are broke down and I ask him to get my money back and he said its a 20% restock fee that I have to pay and I told him no that im not paying the restock fee and he said ok I will get the base cabinets out to you on 8/19/2015 well I call on 8/19/2015 and ask for jimmy the lady says jimmy ant in right now and she said she will call me back and well im gonna call them again 0n 8/19/2015 for the 2nd time so I would like all 3 of my base cabinets delivered to my home asap because I payed jimmy a $30.00 delivery fee or I want all of my money back and not to pay a restock fee because I feel I did not do anything wrong they did I called Petrunak's Clearance Outlet back on 8/19/2015 and talk with the lady she said they will deliver on 8/20/2015 around 12 0r 1 pm
