About a week and 1/2 ago this man, [redacted], showed up at her door. He advised her that she needs to get her insurance in a different category so they won't be able to cancel her insurance when she turns 80 like they were going to do. She had been with [redacted] for a long time and was unaware that this would happen. Mr. [redacted] said he would walk her through everything, he dialed the phone to 3 different places (she didn't know what number he was dialing or who he was calling, she talked and he told her what to say. She just got a thank you for signing up letter from [redacted]. She never signed up with them, at least not willingly. It has [redacted]'s name on it and an agent number [redacted]. She called the number and they said they were sorry, but they were not responsible for what this agent Mr. [redacted] had done. She has had money drawn out of her bank account for this insurance and her insurance she has had for a long time was apparently cancelled and when she spoke to him they did tell her that she would not have been cancelled. This [redacted] has a cell number ###-###-#### which he had once called her from to tell her not to make a payment to [redacted]. She said when he was at her home he never said what company he was affiliated with and she was not given an address.Desired Settlement: Cancel the policy with [redacted] and refund any money paid for that policy. She would like to have this agent stopped to save others from the same thing she is experiencing.
