I purchased 2 bags of *** dog treats for a total of $16.95 from the Pets By Nature online store in late June.
They charged my credit card for the $16.95 on July 6, 2020. I never received the items from Pets By Nature. Unrelated, my dog has since died.
I emailed 2x between July 9-21 to cancel the order and get a refund. I have received no response from them. I called their phone # today to speak to the owner/manager and the call went to voicemail and the mailbox was full.
They have left me no choice but to pursue legal resolution.
