Pet placed in kennel for boarding. I was told I could contact for pick up. Telephone disconnected & new number unknown. I just my pet back.Pet placed in kennel for boarding due to hospitalization of a family member. Each time I have gone by to leave food or to pick up my pet during office hours on at least 3 occasions lights have been off doors locked. Phone has been disconnected with new number unknown. When I called the number left on door on a note there is a message that the mailbox is full. I have texted that number multiple times no response at all. This is totally unacceptable...please help me...Desired SettlementI just want my pet back or at least a courtesy call to let me know when I can pick him or that he is okay. The phones don't work and when I tried to contact the person that received my dog from me the cell phone number 901-900-8847 there is no answer & the vms is full. I have gone by there at different times and no one is ever there & no lights have been on. I have tried everything I know to do to get my pet or the business to contact me with a time to come & get my pet. This is unacceptable & very stressful because He was boarded because my sister is hospitalized. Please Help me.
