Review: I placed an order on February 20, 2013 for a pet supplies item. They emailed me an order confirmation. I used a debit card for my bank account for the purchase and they immediately debited an amount of $41.75 twice equaling a total of $83.50.

I had only one order for that amount and they had charged my account twice and I emailed them stating so. I got no response and I never received my order.

I have called them (no answer, I have left voice mails) and I've emailed them numerous times.

I have not received any response at all or my order.Desired Settlement: To receive a full refund for $83.50 either credited back into my account or by check.

If they won't respond to my correspondence or phone calls, I don't know how else to contact them.
