I am rejecting this response because: If the rabbits are looked at by a health care specialist then why was my rabbit sick when I purchased himHe was weeks old not months I do want to addAlso when I was in the store I seen the conditions of the rabbits and I do not think they had what they needed for how old they wereYes they eat pellets and need water but that was also all they had, which is not enough for an week old rabbitNot to mention that I could feel almost every bone in his body when I picked him upI have medical records for all the treatments I my rabbit had gotten including x-raysI think they should have better living conditions and checked by a heal care specialist more than once

Hello, To my knowledge and to the best of my recollection, we do not sell rabbits at the age of months old or even close to thatWe receive rabbits at the age of 8-weeks old and they are typically not in our store for longer than weeks on averageHonestly I question if this rabbit was
purchased from Pets R Inn because of the fact I have not received a phone call or any other notification on this matterPerhaps could the rabbit have been purchased from Petco or Petsmart? Was the rabbit purchased from Pets R Inn in our Grand Forks location or Fargo location? Our rabbits are kept in a clean, healthy environment and are give fresh water, food and hay every morning and cages cleaned on scheduleWe are licensed by the city of Fargo to sell pets are inspected by the City Health Department regularlyWe work closely with our local veterinarians if there are ever any health concerns with our petsIf indeed this rabbit was purchased here Pets R Inn, Fargo; we are very accommodating to our customers if there is an issue regarding anything purchased from usHowever since I was never contacted I was not given the opportunity to helpIf the customer could simply provide to me a receipt from purchase,and a copy of a vet statement, I would gladly give a full refund or offer a new rabbit of choice.
