Petsmart Inc #1921

on dec 6th I took my morkie in for a hair cut for an appointment I had at 12:30 when I walk in there is a blond lady in the front left table on her cell phone I stood there waiting for almost 3 mins before someone finally said we will be right with you, she continued on her phone when one employee said can you help them she said I'm trying to order something and asked the other employee what type of sauce she wanted. my guess she was ordering food online on her phone. then after they took my dog they said it would be 3 to 4 hours. at the 4 hour mark I came back and she happens to be the one trimming my dog, I watched as she stopped cutting my dogs hair 7 times counted within 10 mins to text someone back on her phone during this time my poor dog is just standing on the table with the leash shaking and nervous. instead of finishing with my dog as soon as possible and then using her phone she just kept on. finally she finished I went in to pick up my dog and she stained my shirt with blood she cut her paw with scissors and had to take her over to the vet to put a treatment on it to stop the bleeding, pour thing was bleeding all over the table. I will never ever in my life go to this petsmart again my dog is like a child to me and you do not treat my child like that. this was at the 11331 causeway blvd Brandon fl 33511 location
