Upon arrival of my first order from this company in the beginning of May 2014,the bottles were punctured, had loose caps, and had leaked inside the plastic bag they were wrapped in within the box. I had ordered the Vet's Best Flea and Tick spray for the lawn, house and animals and was disappointed that I could not use them due to them being empty from the leaks. Upon calling the company and speaking with a customer service agent by the name of [redacted], he immediately requested his warehouse to ship replacement materials to me at no additional charge. I accommodated his request to send photographs of the damaged material so he could investigate the packaging from the warehouse. The replacement material arrived quicker than the original order and, they were packaged more tightly within a smaller box so none of the bottles were damaged from having too much space to move around the box, unlike the original shipment. I was extremely pleased with the quick and pleasant service as well as a follow up call from [redacted] to make sure everything arrived in good condition the second time. I would definitely reorder from this company. Not only are the prices reasonable but the customer service was exemplary!
