I have been in contact with this customer the whole spring and we are in a rain seasonAs this work requires it to be completely dry to work properlyThis was explained to her three weeks agoThe next week was Memorial day we awere off workThe next two days it rained , after talking with carol
was sure she understood that the patio was now wet making it unworkableThe following week we had to catch up work from the week before (mowing) and let the patio dry outI texted Carol two days ago Tuesday at 4:pm letting her know that we were coming out this weekAgain, the patio has to be dry to work on it, if it rains it takes two to three days to dryIts very hard to work for mother nature and getting harderThe job will be finished by this FridayAfter we are finished I would like this removed as to not tarnish our A+ rating Thank you ,

I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** has not kept in contact with me throughout the spring I have been trying to contact him, this year, since March I have made numerous phone calls & left several voice mails He has left me voice mails & finally I was able to speak with him on Thursday, May 26, (this was the only time) There have been many, many days & weeks where it did not rain & he has had plenty of opportunaties to complete & repair my job Also, he did not send me a text message on Tuesday of this week I received a text message this morning, June 16, at 9:am (after I had received an email from the Revdex.com stating that he had been notified of my complaint).The original contract was signed in March & it has been months since the job was startedTo blame it on the rain is ridiculous as it has not been raining for months!
