I am rejecting this response because: The issue has only been partially resolvedYes, the cutback of the overgrowth did take place on 9.15.17, however the preventive
measures as outlined in the Town's ruling of has yet to be doneTherefore, I cannot accept this statement that they have done EVERYTHING when, in actuality, they have notThese are the same tactics used by this company and the people that he provides property management for that has caused me to report their deceptions in the first place.

Management has done everything unit owner had requested in a timely fashion. Issue has been resolved
