An order was placed with this company for merchandise (Irish Dance) The merchandise was paid for with a [redacted] account (August 7, 2017) I tried contacting the vendor (Denis Keily) several times via telephone and email He finally responded to an email in January He stated one of the items ordered was on backorder and would be in stock the following week I never received the merchandise and have not received a refund Additionally, Denis does not respond to my email inquiries

I made a purchase online with keily’s on may
A week later I emailed them asking for the status of my order in which I was told they were out of stock of the item I had purchased!
I emailed back asking to cancel the order and that I wanted my money back!
As of today 6/13/I have not received a email nor a phone call back from the company in reguards to the matter nor has my money been placed back into my account!

Keilys business has not refunded me for an item that I returned which was received by them according to *** tracking information

I ordered Olive Hurley step by step irish dancing video vol and vol I recieved those in the mail how ever I also ordered a music cd Olive hurley sets and solos vol and I did not recieve itI have contacted the company through email, and a facebook message and they have not respondedI have also called them several times to which they do not answer their phoneI am very frustraited because I ordered almost weeks ago

I purchased a clothing item that needed to be returned I did my part by shipping it back (at my expense)...however I didn't receive a reimbursement After months of calling and emailing the owner, I still didn't have a refund I finally sent him a final email letting him know I was filing a claim with my credit card company to stop payment He then refunded me via paypal the next morning...and then claimed that I was trying to get a fraudulent double reimbursement from him This then created another couple of months of working with the credit card company to clear up that mess since he decided to refund by paypal AFTER the charge was returned I only ever wanted the return of my purchase price which he could have easily resolved upon my first email request It was certainly the worst customer service experience I've had when ordering online

I ordered a pair of shoes from Keilys via its websiteI returned the shoes and have not received a refund despite multiple attempts via email and phone callsThe company was sent my credit card information to refund, and acknowledged that it had received and stated that they would "take care of it." I still have not received a refund

Petticoat Junction in Newport Washington. Sue (owner of Petticoat Junction is a real charmer and the Rip Off King! I caught this person in several lies on my first visit. I was at the store another time when she ripped off an elderly woman who was disabled and had to sit down (was on crutches and couldn't stand for an extended period of time) while getting the news that she was going to get screwed. Flat out ripped this customer off. Walk through the place and you'll notice right off nothing has price tags, and there's a reason why. I would not buy anything from this person at all. Petticoat Junction is currently looking to relocate because others are learning what sort of person Sue is, and so not many folks visit there. Plenty of other antique stores in Newport Washington that are run by HONEST people, who will take care of all their customers, including elderly disabled folks. This is another objective review from a non family member or friend.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: To begin, I brought hundreds of items to Petticoat Junction in Newport Wa. to place on consignment. I made 4 trips with my van and my husband brought his truck in addition for a total of 5 vehicles full of items, ranging from mostly vintage, collectables , kitchen wares, antiques, household items, and books. All in excellent condition clean and functional. The owner{[redacted]?} hand selected the items that she wanted to sell and we carried them into her business on each occasion. Beginning in late August through the end of September 2012. The contract that I signed stated that I would get 70% and she would get 30% of the sales from my belongings and that she would contact me to pick up the remainder of my items that didn't sell. Even though she was sure that they would and she had no problem keeping my items for an extended period of time, as they were of quality. The owner specifically asked that I not come in to collect any monies until after the New Year. She explained that for her the Christmas selling season was to hectic and she needed to rearrange the store for Christmas and then rearrange after. This was her reason for wanting me to wait to collect. She had also made a comment about the 70/30 split because she "likes to keep her clients happy and does not screw them over." So you can imagine my shock and dismay when I returned on January 3rd 2013 when she exclaimed "You...you don't have a penny, nope, I gave all your junk away, gave it to ET's Thrift & Things. Yep, your things were all junk." Then turning to my friend, she preceded to encourage her to bring in some of her things to sell. My friend asked her," but what about the things that might not sell, because I would want them back?" and Susan stated that it was her policy to contact the consignee to come in and pickup the items that do not sell." To which I replied" but you just claimed you gave my stuff away and you did not contact me!" To which she responded " It was junk!"...She is in the business of selling NOT giving things away!Desired Settlement: She either has to 1.}return ALL of my items that I took into her store 2.} compensate me the 70% for each item that I took into her store{I want the 70% to be of the market value for the same/comparable item. 3.} return to me what items are left and the 70% of market value for the items allegedly "given away". Also, some of my items still remained in the store that day and that she'd call when they sold, and she hasn't contacted me to this day. in particular, I want my Pillsbury cookie jar too.
