Yes we confirm that we would like a refund for a new pool, liner, cover and pillow from somewhere elseWe purchase a new pool with a new liner in that should not have any holes or patches in itWe have been complaining about water leaking from the pool since it was installed in It took three years to get Pettis Pool to come out and look at the poolTheir employees found large holes in the pool and straightened the metal frame on the side of the pool that had collapsed from the water leaking outThe metal frame that was bent is now fatigued and not as strong as a new frameWhen MrN*** told my wife that he was finally sending over repair people he told her that they would take care of itA $bill is not taking care of us or our defective poolAt this point we want Pettis Pool to return our money in fullMr*** installs the pools for Pettis and Pettis should be liable for anything their installer didThere is nothing wrong with the site where it was installed or they would not have chosen itThe pool’s leaking liner since is the cause of the pool damage. Good morning ,My name is John N***, President of Pettis Pools & Patio, on 5/23/Mrs*** emailed me pictures of her pool She explained her water loss as well as her structural concerns Pettis scheduledone of our service crews to go out and repair the pool
On 5/29/the pool was repaired We patched (3) wholes and straighten pool components We billed Mrs*** $I authorised a $125.00credit so the total bill came to $ This invoice is still unpaid as of today's date of 7/13/ All of Mrs*** concerns about her installation can best be addressed by her installer, *** *** from *** *** *** As always there are two sides to the story If you choose to speak to *** you can reach him at ####-###-#### I did have a conversation with *** about the build and he saidhe did as best as any installer could have given the site In addition the past winter caused significant challanges for all outdoor pools due the the extreme cold temperatures and heavy snow fall Please let me know if you have any further questions At this point I am assuming Mrs*** has a repaired and functional pool.Sincerely,John N***

Hi ***,*** *** the original installer is willing to provide the labor to install a new liner at no charge as a courtesy. Pettis will be willing to supply the liner at no charge as a courtesy.This work can be done now or Spring of next year subject to weather Please understand that this is an act of good will. There are two sides to the installation story and a new replacement pool is not warranted.Hopefully this resolves the issues.Sincerely,John N***

We agree to the replacement liner being installed if Pettis would also replace the plates to hold the side of the pool that were damagedWe would need the cover of the pool to be replacedThe cover ripped because all the water had leaked out during the winter due to al the leaks in the pool liner. Also the cancelling of the bill Pettis pool sent us for repairing the leaks to the original linerWe would need an exact date scheduled that the repairs will be done and completed in May before Memorial Day.Regards,*** ***
