the Tribe's Reservation in Oklahoma.
We
make every effort to follow all state and federal lending laws, and pride
ourselves on being one the most trusted lenders in our industry - and back that
up by having the lowest rates and the lowest repossession percentage in the
industry.
We always work with our customers to reach a solution
that is an agreeable arrangement for both parties; however, we need the
cooperation of the customer in order to accomplish this.
Since we provide a very unique way of borrowing funds
there are certain steps that need to be done in order to receive a Cash
Advance
You must e-mail a Credit Officer your cash advance
request in writing to ***.
I have checked with *** *** and was told he has not received a cash

will be happy to provide Ms*** a cash advance if the funds are
available
In the contract that the customer signed we have agreed
to lower the customer’s interest rate every months. We are willing to lower Ms***’s
interest rate since she has paid payments on time with no issue

This issue has not been resolved. I have not received my title back as stated
Customer has been notified that we are in process of receiving a duplicate title from which we then send to customer upon receipt from DMV
