I was trying to buy a home that Rich Real Estate was selling on the public MLS system I called Barbara M*** who owns Rich Realty and she never called me back so I had my personal realtor call to schedule an appointment We got to tour the home hrs after it was listed and loved it We submitted an offer that was simply unbeatable We were willing to pay over and above ANY written offer they received We found out the next day we lost the bidding The property was "steered" to someone friendly to Rich Realty I emailed, called and texted Barbara Martin and didn't get single response This entire experience made me feel like garbage as we had the better offer and was dismissed like we didn't matter at all Given all the realtors out there in the Norton area, i'd strongly recommend staying away from Barbara Martin and Rich Real Estate There are simply better agents out there and nicer ones
