[redacted] called in, stating they haven't used this much data, customer thinks that its due to her previous issues with the company , Educated [redacted] but she is sure that its due to her previous issues with the company , educated customer on usage and speed bumps [redacted] was unhappy and disconnected the call

The Mediacom service line was cut by a MO DOT worker Mediacom customer called in on September indicating line was cut On Sept we issued credit of $to this Mediacom account holder, on September tech rolled and placed job on hold indicating new line should be ran, and on 9/this job was completed Respectfully, [redacted] ***

Rejecting the answer from the business. It was during those two weeks that we were connected. Still didnt send a bill like a normal company. I had to call a number of times in order to get a bill. I would be much happier with a company that cares about its customers.  Maybe customers would be happier with the company if they actually had techs that knew what they were doing instead of telling customers they dont know what they are talking about

The Mediacom service line was cut by a MO DOT worker.  Mediacom customer called in on September 5 indicating line was cut.  On Sept 6 we issued credit of $55.91 to this Mediacom account holder, on September 11 tech rolled and placed job on hold indicating new line should be ran, and on...

9/15 this job was completed.  Respectfully, [redacted]
