Review: This company took my money and has not completed repairs to my Bosch washing machine. They came

to my home 3 times to address the problems beginning on Dec. 3 and the last time was on Dec. 17. On the last visit the repair person was going to take a broken hose and repair it or create a new one if a replacement could not be found. I heard nothing for 2 weeks and emailed/called on Jan. 4, 2016. Received an email in return saying "We have ordered several hoses to use in your assembly. Lots to do. We will advise you when complete." I gave them one week and on Jan. 11 began to leave voice messages and emails asking for updates. No word in 16 days. I drove to one address listed on their website and it was the post office. The Waukesha address is a vacant lot. They took my money, the broken hose and I have been without a washing machine for 46 days. I believe they are frauds who have taken my money and have not done the agreed upon repairs.Desired Settlement: I want the washer repaired or my money refunded.

Review: On June 25th I contracted with Mr. Phillips of Accurate appliance and TV repair to repair a Yakamichi preamp and tuner. The repair has not been completed and I am unable to contact the business by phone now, although I did contact him monthly until 11/15. He told me to contact him again in Jan, but the phone is now not answered. I put down $650.00 for the repair.Desired Settlement: I request a refund of the downpayment as lack of completion after 8 months indicates it is unrealistic to expect it to be done now.

Review: They promised to have our tv repaired in about 2 weeks. It's been 3. We called for a status check. Their phone number is disconnected. Drove by the business but the address is bogus. We paid them $175.00 in cash plus gave them a check for $300.00. They have our money and our big screen tv. We want our tv back, and if it is not repaired, we want our money back as well.Desired Settlement: They owe us our repaired tv or all of our money back.

Review: I have a TV that needs repairing. I called this company and they came out on 8/26 for an estimate. I was told $69.95 on the phone. I was also told that I had to have $200 cash in hand. I questioned why. Apparently, after 69.95 estimate, they may repair (based on what we approve) and will use the difference to cover the costs. If repair is over 200, then check is okay to pay the rest. While the repairman was here (arrived an hour late), it took 1hr 45 min to determine the issue. He briefly said the issue and the repair was going to be $550 and they would need to repair in their shop. We told him that we would need to think about this and get back to him. As the repairman was preparing to leave, he gave me $6.00 as change. Claiming the difference of $124 was for 2hrs labor he spent figuring out the issue. Part of the hourly rate would be deducted from the repair if we decided to go ahead. I felt I would at least get this hourly rate applied. Although, I didn't agree with the hourly rate, I had no choice, since he had my $200 cash in his hand. He said our TV was really nice and worth repairing. I asked as he left to send me the copy of the estimate so that my husband and I could decide what to do. I never got that estimate. I called on 9/3 to request the estimate. They sent me a very vague receipt. Has no company name, says business to business contract, claims sales tax of 5.7% in Waukesha County (not accurate tax rate), no date etc. Nowhere does it say any detail of the estimate. Not what TV type, no identifying info on the TV, no repair info, no completion date, no estimate of any kind. I contacted later that afternoon and stated we needed some detailed information on the repair. They said $200 for service plus parts, no more than $550 and it would take 2-5 weeks to get parts. The $124 would be applied to repair if requested by 9/26. I asked again, for more detailed info on this repair since my comfort level with this business has been steadily decreasing. I got no response. I called again on 9/11. I explained that I needed a detailed estimate in order to make an informed decision regarding this TV repair. I was told they would send me what they send all customers. I explained that regardless of work (Roof, car, lawn, electronics), estimates have the nature of the repair and parts to be replaced, the item worked on, time frame involved, costs of all parts and labor listed. I need that info in order to make an informed decision. He said he would send. As of now 9/14, I have nothing. I cannot in good conscience my TV to an unknown place, that won't give detail of what needs to happen, that the costs don't make sense, that charges inaccurate taxes and so on.Desired Settlement: I need a full refund of $194. I have no detailed estimate in hand. As far as I am concerned, I have no information and am no better off than before I had this company come look at the TV.

Review: On August 8, 2015 the repairman from this company picked up my tv and a check for $975 and told me my tv would be returned within 2 to 7 weeks. It is an older model tv and we could not find other companies to service it. This company stated it was a complex repair but that we would be happy with the finished product. The seven weeks passed and we heard nothing. We continued to contact them and kept getting put off, being told that the repair was more complex than originally thought and it would take more time. Now over 6 months have passed and they are no longer answering our calls.Desired Settlement: I would like my $975 returned along with my tv.
