Review: My company was quoted prices on products at Imaging USA, which was a trade show. We bought vouchers based on those prices. Pexagon will not honor the vouchers with the prices quoted. Pexagon has been dismissive and unresponsive to our claims.

There was an unfortunate misunderstanding about the way the vouchers could be used. They are 50% off the list price but no other discounts apply.

We are happy to refund the full amount for all unused vouchers.

Please note that this was a trade show environment and voucher coupons were clearly marked, but the customer was mistaken.

We show a total of 15 $50 vouchers still unused.

Please note that Sales person(owner of Company)was not forthcoming in the sale of the vouchers. He failed to tell us that the prices he was showing us were already discounted and the vouchers would not work with that discounted price. Our company has already made an agreement with [redacted] to use all the vouchers in one order. While we are not happy with the resolve of the complaint filed, We are moving on. It is truly disappointing that it came to this, because we actually love the product. I hope that this complaint can stay unresolved as a reminder to Pexagon's customers service staff.

Refund was not accurate. Emailed scan of all vouchers to vendor. Hopefully difference will be sent. Not cashing check till payment is full amount. Worry company will try to say they paid us in full. Still losing out on this resolution. Not at all happy with Revdex.com or Pexagon. This by far the biggest disaster of a company,pexagon, I have ever had to deal with.

We were originally told there were 15 unused vouchers and we sent a refund for $450.

Afterward we were told there were 18.

On April 15 a second check for 3 vouchers totaling $90 was mailed. This should resolve the matter.

The vouches have a face value of $50 and were purchased for $30 each.
