We have inspected the siding material used on this home and believe the failure is caused by a manufacturing defect.? The product is warranted by the manufacturer and replacement material has been ordered.? When the replacement material arrives, it will be scheduled for installation.? The installation will be at no-charge to the homeowner.?

I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved? Although I am accepting this response, I think it is lame for the company to use the excuse that they are using a new system to screen calls? If they were really concerned about not bothering people, they would not be doing cold calls in the first place? I hope that I never hear from them again? But I wouldn't be surprised if they call me in the future and find another reason to blame it on something besides their own negligence Regards, [redacted] ?
