According to the referenced customer complaint report, the customer received a PEZ candy dispenser with candy as a gift and stated the candy was discolored, looking like it contained mold I would be interested in a picture of the dispenser and a picture of the candy As you may know,
sugar has antimicrobial properties not allowing mold to reproduce PEZ candy incorporates approximately 95% sugarThe only other possibility is the uneven distribution of ingredients in the mixing process which utilized high quality stainless steel Glatt Mixers
It is my understanding that previously to contacting the Revdex.com, the customer had spoken with one of our Customer Service staff who recommended returning the candy to the store for a refund or to exchange for another product and PEZ would be contacted, which is protocol After the store receives any damaged products, the store will contact PEZ for replacement or review
I would suggest and support the customer returning the product for replacement or he is welcome to call me via contacting Ms*** *** at ###-###-####, extension If returning the product, send it to the attention of *** *** at PEZ Candy Inc., Prindle Hill Road, Orange, CT and a new product will be sent.
As this is a rare occurrence and in years with PEZ as CEO, I can suggest that we take any type of product defect with all seriousness In years PEZ has stood for the highest quality in the industry and this is the first time ever contacted by the Revdex.com Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

Review: My son was given a pez dispenser for a gift. The candy was discolored and look like it had mold on it. I tried to contact pez on several occasions and the final response was return it to the store. Product was sealed and I would say this is a problem from the factory.Desired Settlement: I don't feel it should be my responsibility to return it to the store when it was not a problem from the store. The candy was not broken which was one response I received.
