Upon arrival to the job site, our crew members and general manager noticed the customers car parked with the top downThe crew was instructed to make several passes with the lawn mowers blowing the grass away from the customers vehicleThe crew made 2-passes (roughly feet) blowing the grass clippings away from the vehicle, and my team was focused on keeping the customers car cleanAfter completing the mowing service, and per our protocol, the team used back pack blowers to clean grass clippings off of concrete surfaces, curb lines, side walks, etcThis particular day was very windy, and although my team took great care to blow the clippings away from her vehicle, the wind picked up some of the clippings and they landed inside the vehicleThe customer making the complaint contacted the company that contracts us and demanded compensation for an auto detailWe called professional detailing shops and requested pricing which turned out to be $We offered the customer $which doubles the pricing we were givenShe then came back to us demanding an obscene amount of money for compensation for damages to her vehicle, as well as compensation from her pain and suffering due to coming in contact with "grass and pollen"This contradicts the idea of driving a convertible in the spring time when pollen levels are extremely high in my opinion (as well as our insurance agents and attorneys) In regard to any damages (she claims chipping of the paint), we feel that this is completely bogusOur crews simply blew the parking lot of grass clippings, and there is no possible way that blowing blades of grass would cause chips to the vehicleThis resembles wear and tear from driving, or even tailgating other vehiclesThere is certainly no way this would be caused from a standard backpack blower In conclusion, we feel that this is an attempt to take advantage of our company as well as our insurance companyThe customer was offered double the compensation she originally requested, and denied it once payment was sent At this point we have made note of threats/attempts of slander, and are prepared to obtain counsel in an effort to protect our good name and reputation

We have tried to be more than cooperative with ***, but as days go on, her requests become more and more demandingThe offer from the Property management company was in part the offer that we told them to offer to the customer, prior to us having direct contact with herNever once has our company made any statement of offering our insurance information for something like thisWe have been advised by multiple businesses that *** associates with that this is "common procedure with her." ***s request was for a car wash/detailThis was offered to her through *** and she denied it once the check came to her houseHer claims of having severe allergic reactions to grass and pollen would be more believable if she wasn't driving around (and leaving her car parked) with the top down in the spring when pollen levels are high. The claims of physical body damage are even more unbelievable, as she writes in her last statement "whirlwind debris being blown into my car"Being in this business for many years, I can say with confidence that blowing grass blades off of a parking lot are not going to cause rock chips or paint damageAfter calling the dealership where she requested the quote from, they told us that the rock chips were on the front hood of the vehicleIf we were responsible for the damage, wouldn't there be rock chips on all portions of the car? Our point here, and what we have been advised with is these chips are from most likely tailgating on the highway, where rocks have been picked up by other vehicles tires etc. After having our attorney review these claims, the "Contact Dematitis" that *** is claiming, could be caused from a number of different things(perfumes, lotion, soap, jewelry) (this is noted on the note from the doctor she providedThe pictures provided show what look like bruises on ***s upper legs (an area that is covered by clothing, you can see this in the pictures where she is pulling up her shorts to take pictures)If the seats of her vehicle were covered in grass and pollen like she claims, then wouldn't the back of her legs be the most severely affected part of her body? To reiterate; We will still honor the offer of $for the detail, (this will come with paperwork signed by *** that she will remove any statements about our company, and will stop all other slander) Anything more than this will not be offeredWe will not be turning over our insurance information to ***Now that *** has began to slander our business, we have began building a case, and will take the proper legal steps to ensure that any claims against Pezz lawn care or it's staff/owners will be properly rectified to protect our good name ***s threats in regards to the state of Missouri revoking our business and operating licenses are once again - completely bogusThis is another open ended threat that holds no substanceThere was no record of the police report *** claims eitherThis is a civil matter and nothing more

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:This company is lying and this is not the way this occurred! They accepted responsibility for the action, and their company did not offer me any mony, only the Property Management Company managing the storefront realestate officesThus, the VP for Operations, *** ***, came to my home the next day after this happened, and offered me money for detailing as I was breaking out from "Contact Dermatitis", after being seen by a board certified MD with *** *** Urgent Care. A police report was made, and the owner, and several other eyewitnesses saw whirlwind debris being blown into my car, an action that the owner of Pezz Lawn Care acknowledged to the company and its VP *** ***, who told me that this owner *** ***, would provide me with his insurance company after no check was sent to me, that is a lie! I have in my possession, a letter from *** Property Solutions, VP *** ***, an offer of $350, $for car detailing, and $for time lost from work and for the harm causedI phoned *** *** after receiving the letter and told him that when we had the car hand washed, there were scratches at the point of contact where pictures showed green hard crusts of leafing matter, driven by rocks and dusts on impactThere was a thick layer of pollen on the entire interior of my car, even with the top down, and tree branches, and rocks in my car, for which when I got in my car to begin to drive it and get all of this out, the dust began to fly all over me, and I rushed home and ran straight for the showerAgain, I am severely allergic to any dust. VP *** *** can attest that he and his assistant saw the car at my home, and said that "some heads are going to roll for this" in front of my fiancee' and his assistant, as he agreed that Pezz Lawncare did do great unbelievable damage to my car with green twigs and grass lodged in my grill so much that it appeared as a car with dead bugs in excess from a road trip that I have not been onAgain, after receiving the offer letter of only $agreeing not to sue, I called VP of *** Property Management and told him that I needed to get an estimate as there are scratches from the rocks they blew against my car, where ***, himself, saw my pictures with the debris that littered the entire inside of my care, the console, seats, floors, all crevices, dashboard, everywhere! I received the estimate from the dealership where purchased, at a detailed document of $in damages, and even told that my black seats were still yellow from the pollen blown insideThis is not a occurrence of daily pollen issues, this is gross negligence, for which the VP who contracts Pezz Lawncare agreedI have sent the estimate, pictures of blotches to my skin for "Contact Dermatitis', by a licensed MD at *** *** Urgent Care, noting that my throat was closingThese are very legitimate claims of my heavy and risky medications taken, and the possibility of longterm effectsI also sent body pictures next to my car, that showed the darkening of the blotchesThus, and finally, the police report holds the names of eyewitnesses to this, and *** *** saw that there was a towel put down in my driver's seat in order to drive it to an emergency business meeting at *** *** *** ***Thus, upon learning of my request for $in paying for a car that this owner was told that if grooved indentures into the polymer were not corrected, corrosion will occurI have a written email from the owner, *** *** refusing to give me his insurance company, where he told the VP of the Property Management Company that "***", the owner, does not want his rates to go upI have contacted the DMV, and have acquired the Form to file against Pezz Lawncare, and am packaging that item to send on tomorrow morning, with all pictures, reports, etcThe State of Missouri noted that if he does not give up his insurance information, he will lose his license for days first, then perhaps permanently for failure to provide his insuranceI am not concerned with his idle threats right now, as this is criminal negligence, where he must provide his insurance information for my parked, and non moving vehicle, as well as my medical issues that are growing worseSo, the owner of Pezz Lawncare, even against the request of the *** Property Management VP to get his insurance, refuses to do so, and sent me an email saying he would notSo, I still stand behind this claim, and the State of Missouri will be revoking his licensure soon if he does not give up his insurance to themNext will his business operating license that will be revoked by the State.
Sincerely,
*** ***
