No way to speak to a live person
I went to the Gulf Coast Town center for a carry out order on Jan 29, 2021
The total charge was $85.20
I was not given a receipt for my order so when I went online to get my points I was stuck

And to try to speak to a live person to resolve this was not possible without a receipt
Please help me

Worst food ever
Looks can sure fool a fool.
Very upscale appearance!
Terrible food and even the hostess seemed to not care I even showed up!
Go to your neighborhood carry out for a meal it will taste better for about 75percent less

Dear Guest Services / Complaints:
This letter is to complain about service I recently received from a P.F. Chang's China Bistro at the [redacted] Mall location [redacted] On August 11, 2015 I took my daughter out to dinner at the [redacted] location mentioned above. I don’t frequently dine at this location because since your manager Mr. Scott left a couple years ago it has been pretty much downhill. On the few occasions I did go to this location, the new manager that took Scott’s place was absolutely horrifying. It was a older female manager who was pretty nasty almost to the point that myself and my family felt she was prejudice. But she is no longer with your company from my understanding. Since it had been some time that I visit this location I decided that I would go ahead and dine-in especially since I live here in the [redacted] area. As soon as we was seated, prepared I requested to speak with the head chef so that I can explain the way I wanted my shrimp fried rice prepared, nothing very difficult. I just like extra eggs and no snow peas or carrots, very simple. I also wanted to make sure that my food came out very hot because I don’t like my food to sit and wait in the back. The waitress was okay but not very attentive at all. After about 15 minutes of waiting she finally came to the table and ask what we would like. I ordered a large wonton soup and lettuce wrap. About 20 minutes after that the lettuce wrap came out without the wonton soup. After my daughter and I finished eating the lettuce wrap we waited around for the wonton soup came out. That took another 15 minutes. I didn’t really say anything I just let it go. We had to ask several times for the waitress to fill out water glasses up. Another 30 minutes later finally our entrée came out not only was the shrimp fried rice barely warm, it wasn’t prepared properly. It had no taste and we ask for additional sauce to be put on the second entrée. I can’t remember the name of it but that didn’t happen either. At this point I asked why the head chef didn’t come out when I asked for her when we first sat down so that we wouldn’t have this problem. I then asked for any managed to come out. About 10 minutes later the head chef came out. I had to explain to her what I wanted but at that point what was the point? She remade the food we waited another 30 minutes for it to come out mind you the restaurant wasn’t even half-full, majority of the tables were empty. I asked again for managed to come out to three different waiters and still no manager. Finally we decided to leave and a young lady who was like an acting manager stopped by the table and asked me what the problem was she couldn’t do anything she just was basically running her mouth. As I looked up, the manager Mr. L[redacted] walked right by and didn’t even ask or stop to see how we were doing. At that point I then asked the young lady who I was talking to please send the manager over and even pointed out to her that he didn’t even bother to stop. He knew that I had asked for manager and hour prior. Couple of minutes later Mr. L[redacted] came over to our table. His attitude was so nonchalant and when I explained to him what the problem was his comment to me was and I quote “If that’s the way it happened” (as to insinuate that I was lying to him) to my explanation and my experience in his restaurant that day. At that point I can see that there was no point in conversing with him anymore. I asked him for his business card and told him that I would be writing a letter to the corporate office. He brought me over the general manager’s business card or the operating partner Kyle Dalton. I then asked him for his name and he completely blew me off, I asked him three times he looked at me and just said thank you turned his head and walked away with a nasty smug on his face. All the while I know he heard me asked for his name as several other guest in the restaurant were also looking at him and shook their heads in disbelief as he refused to give me his name. His attitude and demeanor towards myself and my daughter was at the least very disrespectful not to mention the way he just ignored us and walked off. How insulting and humiliating we felt. I had to go to the hostess station and asked the young lady what his name was.
I happen to be a 100% Disabled Veteran of the United State Army that served overseas for several years. I served in a combat unit (Artillery / Special Weapons). I come from a military family that has fought for this country in many different military occupations. My family as well as countless other families have been willing to give and have given their lives for this great country. I truly believe in this great country of ours. It amazes me how poorly we as a country treat each other from time to time. I went into the military with the mindset of fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves. However there are those few people who were not worth my sacrifice nor the sacrifices of my comrades.
Mr. L[redacted] in my opinion should not be working with the public let alone be any type of manager. I don’t think that he governs himself accordingly in any way shape or form when representing PF Chang’s. I don’t know what’s going on with your company but I do know that this particular location for the past several years has been horrendous. I do however go to the Woodlands PF Chang’s location when I want to enjoy a good meal and nice atmosphere.
In closing, I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. I expect a full refund. I will be informing my friends and family about this experience. I paid for dinner with my American Express ending in 2572. The sales check number is [redacted]. The date was August 11th of 2015 at 2:51 PM. Table 53/1. Approval number [redacted] At this point I want to give PF Chang’s the opportunity to handle this incident in-house and to please reply to my letter as soon as possible. I would certainly not be interested in speaking with any of the managers at this location so please don’t just pass this back down to the store level. I’m contemplating filing a Revdex.com complaint but I will wait until I hear back from someone.
Sincerely,
Joseph M[redacted]
Update:
After a week that I faxed my letter (4 Times on 4 different days) I finally received an email (8-19-2015) from PF Changs and was told that I would receive a call from their Regional Market Partner, Rick. And so I did. Long story short, I was told that he was in deed having issues with 2 of his stores, this one being one of them. He was Very aggressive in his tone (I thing he was eating) letting me know that he did agree that they had dropped the ball and that he would be talking back with them as soon as he hung up with me. He did agree with me that that his people should have handled the situation differently on many issues that day. Mr. Rick did also tell me in the same breath that he was going to have to stand behind his employees and back them up as they informed him that I was verbally abusive toward them during my visit that day. I did explain to him that yes my tone was most certainty that of aggravation and disappointment, not to mention how my daughter and I were humiliated and embarrassed by his assistant manager. But at no time did I nor my daughter ever course or yell at any of his employees. If anything we tried to keep it at a low tone until. I also explained to him that I understand that you get more flies with honey than vinegar. After about 30 minutes on the phone with him it seemed that all he was concerned with was giving me a free meal in which I declined. Mr. Ricks tone and lack of concern was in the least welcoming to me. I was under the impression that I was simply bothering him. I told him that as a Regional manager in my opinion the first thing he should have done was refund my meal as a gesture of good faith without even asking me. Either way, I see that there is no more customer service at PF Changs. I will be dining elsewhere from now on and I will be informing all of my friends (Military and Civilian alike) about my terrible pas experience’s with PF Changs.
