After securing a loan from a bank in Troy, Michigan I made plans to renovate a house on June 23rd that I was to close on later that week The bank dispersed the funds to this gentleman totaling $14, I never signed a contract with this gentleman, however he received payment for the first half of the work he was supposed to accomplish on the new house I purchased From my bank I have some paperwork indicating that the contract was null and void if not accepted on or before 6/23/2016, and the proposal terms are good for days I never signed anything indicating that the contract was accepted, and the funds were dispersed to the business owner I have been attempting to contact him, and he has not answered any of my messages He has only come to my house once to show me some tiles and has not returned

I found that the individual that I was supposed to do the work for was difficult right from the beginning and their was never going to be any pleasing this individualI was contacted to general this job from the lender and had no prior contact with himAfter meeting with him the first time I
had a feeling that their could be issuesAfter receiving numerous phone calls in the first week at all hours of the day and night, I contacted the lender and told them that I was no longer interested in doing work for this customerAll monies have been returned to lender and I charged nothing for services rendered
