Our store policy states EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY NO REFUNDSMs*** was promised her dress would be in on the 15th of the month and her dress did arrive on time as promisedMs*** had contacted the store stating that the wedding was off and needed a refundI *** (***) explained to
her over email that we have to stand by our store policy and we CAN NOT issue a refund, but can issue her a store creditOver the phone on 7/19/ Ms*** insisted that she got a refund and started threating that she was going to sue and put the store out of businessAt that point, I ***, told her to have a good day and ended the conversation

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]He is incorrect ***, the salesperson who waited on us told us the dress would be ready in weeks and to call before coming in We did this on numerous occassions We were never told beads needed ordered from anywhere The store manager had not even spoke to me untill the last day I went in the store for my refund Security did not escort us out of the store They seen my year old daughter crying in the mall in front of the store and asked what was wrong We explained and they went into the store with our receipt to see if they could get a refund and were denied it by the manager I do not want anything to do with him,his store or merchandise He has proven himself an unscrupulous liar and horse thief! He did not fulfill his sales agreement The only thing I will accept is a refund

Customer was never guaranteed that here alterations would be done at a certain timeBecause she had made an unusual request to have beads added to her straps that we were adding to her dressBeads had to get ordered from LA to match the beads on her dress and was customer was informed that it took
time to do that and she was ok with thatCustomer came in the store demanding that she gets a refund because she found another dress and bought itI explained to the customer that can not issue refunds because that is against our store policy and her dress already being trailered and almost doneWhen she came into the store on Friday April 17th I explained to her that the beads for her straps had just came in and I would have her dress ready for her on Monday the 20th and she then became very rude and started screening and yelling that she wanted a refundI then called security and had her escorted out the storeCustomers dress was ready on Sunday April 19th and customer we contacted on Sunday the 19th and numerous times after that to let her know that her dress was in and ready for pick upDress is still in the store and ready for her to pick upA refund will not be issued to the customer do to our store policy EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY NO REFUNDS, ANY TAILERED ITEM IS SALES FINALThank you
