This was a drainage easement with a permit thru City of Shiloh Il. This is not in dispute as the property line was surveyed and the property line is in a different place than it was. I will call the homeowner who was my customer and the City of Shiloh to see if this dispute has been
resolved. I have all my documentation and permits for this project.I will contact Revdex.com back once I know what the update is

I am rejecting this response because: That is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. Mr [redacted] client stop my home and stated he does not have the necessary paperwork from theVillage of Shiloh. The property line is NOT changed !! It is CLEARLY MARKED by the Village of Shiloh. The property line is NOT in dispute. He put his client dirt on my property and I want it removed. If he doesn't remove it I'll contact the Shiloh Police Dept and make a complaint for Illegal Dumping !!

Pfeil Landscaping made over my backyard in Spring 2012. This included taking out old concrete. leveling the entire yard, pouring new concrete and laying gravel/flagstone. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They began the job when they said they would and came every day until the job was complete. The crew was polite, friendly and professional. They kept the worksite clean and took away left over debris. The concrete and landcaping held up well over a harsh winter. Highly recommended.

I had drainage problems to the North and West sides of my house. He sloped the grade away from the house, installed a swale and berm to divert the water, and reconfigured the downspouts to West side. He also reconfigured my downspouts and redirected my sump pump run-off on the South and East sides of the home. The city I live in is aggressive about code enforcement, so the city sent the inspector over while he was working on the project, and everything he was doing met the standards with no problem. He was pleasant to work with, and even cleared dying shrubs for me,(with my permission), something that was not on the original bid. He reseeded grass to areas that were dug. My yard was not in perfect condition prior to his work, and now because he has re-seeded, it will probably be in better condition than it was prior to the project. I am satisfied with his excellent performance.
