I had a house built by this company in and for every year since handover the house has leaked rain substantially, in the same placeFinally in they opened the walls at the back of the house to find substantial mould growth that I had been living inI am still waiting for remedial works to be completed inside in my lounge, since the work started back in AprilNow they are disputing over replacing the hardwood floors, I added to the original build contract and paid a high sum extra forAs they cannot match them they think they shouldn't have to replace the whole main floor and are trying to leave me with finishes that don't matchAll I am constantly told is, we are trying to get hold of the old company owner as he has to pay for the workThis seems so wrong, a dream wrecked by the companies total uncaring [redacted] and poor build qualityThis leak is only one of three others that also happenedA main bedroom leak meant they left me living in a house without the garage boarded as the ceiling had to be pulled down; major fire risk and breach of house building codeFrom the start of construction they put walls and doors in the wrong place and I had to argue to get them put correctI really cannot recommend them to anyoneIn saying all of this I accept it is a new company but even they have left me for over a year with the rainwater leak and have taken since April trying to complete repairs; originally they said two weeksI did have a couple of weeks I couldn't let them in due to a bereavement but seriously this is September and no end insightI have a string of emails, pictures and texts that substantiate everythingI have witnesses to the mess I had to live in and the distress and stress I have gone through
