We installed a new package unit in August 2016 for Mr. [redacted]. We were contacted because of the renters concern about high gas bills. [redacted] went out and looked at the package and found no issues. However he did find the gas line leaking in multiple places where gas line had been removed and found...

the pieces under the house. [redacted] had told the renter what we had found. The renter told him Mr. [redacted] had been working on the plumbing for a while to repair the issues. Mr. [redacted] arrived when [redacted] was still there, they both crawled underneath the house. Mr. [redacted] stated he removed the gas line from the kitchen and installed electric stove. Mr. [redacted] told [redacted] he would compensate the renter and have a new gas line installed. He asked if he owed [redacted] for the service call and thanked him for coming over. The second call we received was for no heat. We found that the induced draft motor was seized. [redacted] went to the supply house and warrantied the motor and got it back up and running within an hour not several months like stated in the complaint. In no way does a bad motor cause high gas bills, either they work or they do not work, because there is a safety lock on them. We had not heard anything from [redacted] until we received the correspondence from the Revdex.com. Nothing he is saying with the gas line had anything to do with the work we did.
