I'm so sorry you feel this way about Sir Carpet We stand behind our work 100% and would love it if you would give us the opportunity to correct the problem Please call our office at ###-###-#### to schedule to have a technician come back out to correct the problem.As for a refund, since you purchased your cleaning through [redacted] , they will have to refund the coupon that you purchased, we are not able to do that When you contact [redacted] and request a refund, we will not dispute it We take full responsibility for the streaks on your carpet This is an event that is caused by the pressure on the wand being set high (in an attempt to remove heavy soil from carpets) Sometimes after the carpet dries these streaks become visible It sounds as if a second pass was warranted to remove the streaks and we take full responsibility.They can be removed at no charge by our technicians if you will allow us the opportunity to return to fix the problem.Thank you,Ashley A***

If you stand behind your service, your technician would have showed up on the appointment that was set for the 25thbetween 8am & noonI have the email saved from you with the appointment conformationI do not trust your technician to return to my home and redo the carpets againI already made an appointment with [redacted] ***Why does it matter that I paid for the service through [redacted] ? They paid you and you have the funds, so there is no reason why Sir Carpet can't issue me the refundThat would show good customer service since YOU didn't show up for the scheduled appointmentIs this going to become a long drawn out battle?

I am rejecting this response because:
The rotation of the tires was not a matter of forgetting because when I saw the car on the lift all my tires were marked with white chalk The human error excuse does not fly. To me it was easier to ignore the request with hopes that I would not notice their omission

We offered a free oil change and rotation to the customer as the rotation was simply an over site all rotations are free with an oil change so the customer was not over charged in any way there was a miscommunication between the Technician and Manager of which resulted in a miscommunication between the Manager and the customerF Y I ,I had responded to this on line a week ago

The car did need some front end work and was quoted how ever they forgot to rotate the tires as requested and the rotation for our oil changes is an added free service , He did complain to our consumer relations department and was sent an e-mail that said, The Manager of the shop has been instructed...

to call you to do your rotation and to give you a free oil change to be used when you need it on this car or another if you choose, as a matter of note it is your decision to rotate your tires or not unless there is a safety factor that should be explained to you and leave the decision up to you. any problems please e-mail me back. thanks Pat [redacted] , Supervisor The manager did call him and he Mr [redacted] declined my offer in an e-mail and declined over the phone to Charles the location
