My son gave me a $200.00 gift card for Phantom Gourmet understanding it would be valid for any restaurant they reviewed. In fact, when I have tried to use it at several restaurants shown as valid on their website the restaurants do not honor or accept it. I want my money refunded as this is a scam. If you go to their website they are still trying to steal money from people when their cards do not provide any VALUE! I expect my $200.00 refunded or a valid gift certificate for a quality restaurant (NOT ***!)

Hello,We are sorry you are having trouble finding the restaurants that accept the card. Here is the direct link to the restaurants that do accept the card: *** or you can visit the website printed on the back of your card and click the restaurant option on the top of the card.*** locations are on the program but there are many more choices if you don't like deep dish pizza!Thank you

Purchased 3 Phantom Gourmet Gift cards in May 2019. Recently found out that when people tried to use these gift cards they had a 0 balance, even though they were each activated for $25 from place of purchase--***. *** was kind enough to re issue me new cards in February 2020. These cards were activated and still showed 0 balance. I have emailed Phantom Gourmet multiple times with no response. There is no phone number to contact them. I now have 6 cards with no balance. Imagine the embarrassment of trying to use these cards after you have eaten. Also imagine the embarrassment to the giver of these cards finding out they gave gifts that were worth nothing.

I was given a phantom gourmet gift card with no expiration date on it. I tried to use the card st a restaurant, was told there was $168 on the card but it expired. The restaurant manager stated that if there is no date on the card, under *** law it doesn’t expire. I have reached out to phantom gourmet twice, with no response to my questions and concerns about the expired card. They only way to contact the Phantom gourmet is via email. There is no phone number I can call to speak to someone.

My elderly mother had received a $25 Phantom Gourmet gift card as a gift. When she tried to use it last month, she was told that the card was expired. There is no date of purchase or date of expiration on the card. I've sent two emails to the customer service email address on her behalf and have not even received a reply. If there is no indication of when the card was purchased, the card holder would have no idea it's expired. PG is keeping the $$ and won't even reply to an email. I wonder how many other people are having this issue? I don't recommend ever doing business with this company, this isn't just poor customer service, it's non-existent.

I received a $50 Phantom Gourmet gift card that was purchased on 1/10/18. It does not work. I want a refund and an explanation as to why this card does not work. This is FALSE ADVERTISING and FRAUD! I emailed the CEO of the company in addition to customer service for the gift card department. This is illegal business practices - issuing gift cards that do not work! SOLVE IT.
