My name is Anthony S C[redacted] I recieved an email from the Arizona Revdex.com regarding a complaint from an individual about my company & refered to it as being a scam, I've been in the magazine business for almost 29 years as a salesman, a supervisor, a GM & a owner. as a salesperson people...
bought from me year after year for two reasons, I told the truth & they got their magazines, those policies stayed as I moved up the ladder to making sure I registered my salespeople as a supervisor and teaching the same standards as a GM, As a company Owner I went a step further by putting my personal phone number on all my sales associates credentials so that the customer would have access to me personally if they had further questions, I attempted to call this individual twice on the number provided but got an automated VM which asked me to put in the first four characters of the persons last name which I also did but it brought me to an entirely different person but I left both my numbers and a message anyway. This person didn't buy anything from the salesperson who also happens to be my son and the magazines go to where the customer sends them if it falls within the guidelines that I've set forth which are also in every credential as well as the reason I started the company and what the initials stand for PGF Put GOD First, I don't see how some one who hasn't ever bought anything from my company can say they won't get what they paid for or that its a scam, my company is not an accredited member of the Revdex.com yet it has maintained an A+ rating because I have no complaints about how my business is done. Had this person simply called me this would have been unnnessessary, I also have a standing policy if one of the salespeople come across a person who didn't get their magazines and have their reciept or copy of the check I make sure they get their magazines even though they didn't but them from my company.
